Access Disability Services operates this business and web site for it and its subsidiary companies, specifically Scamp’s School of Dog Training.  Access Disability Services, “we” or “us” within the context of these terms and conditions means Access Disability Services, its subsidiaries, its services and “web site” or “site” means any or all of the web sites operated by Access Disability Services.

  10. Training Plans   Individual Training Plans provide the detailed service and are issued with the  expectation of co-operation and compliance from you. No responsibility will be accepted by Access Disability Services or its subsidiaries if you fall short, as defined by Access Disability Services or its subsidiaries, in this expectation. All training is Positive Reward Based training and the use of any aversive training or aversive products, as defined by Access Disability Services or its subsidiaries, will result in removal from the programme.

  11. Payments and Subscriptions
    The training plans are on a subscription basis and consist of recurring monthly payments, amount determined by basic or premium plans, as agreed to by you. By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that your subscription has recurring monthly payments and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges.
     Refunds will be given at the discretion of Access Disability Services and we reserve the right to vary subscription fees and the prices of any products listed without notice. All subscriptions will be payable on a monthly basis, in advance. All subscriptions and orders for products and services are subject to availability and Access Disability Services reserves the right to refuse to accept any subscriptions and to refuse to supply any products or services to any individual. Access Disability Services reserves the right to recoup outstanding monies for goods, products or services that have been accrued in the event of non-payment if a subscription is cancelled. To this end, Access Disability Services will require three months’ notice for subscription cancellations.

Safeguarding statement 

Access Disability Services is committed to ensuring that children, young people and adults at risk, and/or are vulnerable, who come into contact with Access Disability Services staff, (remunerated and non remunerated), are treated with respect, dignity and are free from all forms of abuse or mistreatment.  All staff have been trained in safeguarding. They are aware of their responsibilities, and have the knowledge and skills necessary to promote and maintain the welfare and safety of those with whom they come into contact. We have a robust safeguarding policy, including procedures for disclosures, with named management responsibility.
